Shipping And Returns Procedures
These are our Shipping and Returns procedures, we recommend that you read them.
Delivery
Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible. Services used are First class, Second class, Special delivery, and Airmail (international signed for service)

UK Delivery
Standard postage and packing in the UK is £2.50. Heavier items such as the extra large jewellery boxes and beauty boxes are sent via a courier for £7.50. Please see above table for details.
Orders over £100.00 in the UK will be sent by courier service at no extra cost to standard postage and packing charge (£2.50).
BFPO Delivery
Postage and packing to the British Forces abroad is only currently available on items upto 2 kilograms due to high courier costs. For items below 2Kg cost is worked out on weight. Please refer to the above table.
EU Delivery
Postage and packing to EU is only currently available on items upto 2 kilograms due to high courier costs. For items below 2Kg cost is worked out on weight. Please refer to the above table.
Delivery Outside the EU
Postage and packing Internationally is worked out on weight. Please refer to the above table.
Exchange/Returns
30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the cancellation period expires - simply return it in new condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
How To Exchange / Return an Item
The procedure to exchange or return an item is simple. Printout a copy of the original order and write on it the reason for the exchange / return. Please include as many details as you can as these may need to be forwarded to the manufacturer. If you require an exchange please do not forget to include the product code of the replacement.
It is your responsibilty to safely return the item. Please bear this in mind when choosing your packaging.

When posting the item back to us please use second class packet post and ask the cashier for proof of postage. This will then allow you to claim if Royal Mail lose or break the item in transit.
Postage Reimbursements
We will only reimburse postage to those customers who have legimate faults and we will only pay the 2nd class packet rate.
Cancellation/Cooling Off Period
7-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - As per The Distance Selling Regulations, AC Web Stores offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
